Unknown Group was born in 2020, starting with two people who had one clear objective: to help businesses during a difficult and uncertain time.
What began as a small two-person operation quickly grew through word of mouth and genuine recommendations from the clients we supported.
As the founders combined their industry experience – working with creatives, partnering with other agencies, and running their own businesses – they realised they wanted to build something different. They set out to create a full-service, one-stop-shop creative agency where every specialised service lived under one roof.
From there, Unknown Group evolved into an agency with dedicated departments for each creative service, including our web team, marketing team, content team, advertising team, design team and more. Each team works collaboratively, which allows for all your creative needs to be kept in house.
The goal has always been the same: to be a third-party partner that feels like an in-house marketing team.
