We had such a great experience working with Unknown Group to build READY-You. They really listened to what we were trying to achieve, understood the purpose behind the project, and turned our ideas and co-design feedback into an incredibly impressive digital program. The team was professional, responsive and genuinely collaborative throughout the whole process. What impressed me most was how well they listened and then actually implemented the feedback — not just technically, but in a way that stayed true to what young people told us they needed. We now have a really engaging and professional READY-You platform that we can take forward into user testing with young people experiencing mental ill-health. It has been very cool seeing something that started as an idea and a co-design process become a real, usable program. A fantastic team to work with and an exciting result!
