Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such a great experience working with Unknown Group to build READY-You. They really listened to what we were trying to achieve, understood the purpose behind the project, and turned our ideas and co-design feedback into an incredibly impressive digital program.

The team was professional, responsive and genuinely collaborative throughout the whole process. What impressed me most was how well they listened and then actually implemented the feedback — not just technically, but in a way that stayed true to what young people told us they needed.

We now have a really engaging and professional READY-You platform that we can take forward into user testing with young people experiencing mental ill-health. It has been very cool seeing something that started as an idea and a co-design process become a real, usable program.

A fantastic team to work with and an exciting result!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unknown Group is a fantastic marketing partner. They are professional, innovative, and always willing to adapt to our needs. As a not-for-profit organisation, it's important that the people we work with understand our clients and values, and they do exactly that.

Whether they're taking photos and videos at our events, or creating brochures and social media content, they always go above and beyond. Their friendly approach helps people feel comfortable and confident, which shows in the quality of their work.

I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Unknown Group have been absolutely incredible to work with.

As a not-for-profit event, we truly value people who take the time to understand our vision and from day one the team at Unknown Group have felt like an extension of our own team. They haven't just provided a service, they've taken the time to understand what Red's Backyard Ultra is all about, the community behind it and what we're trying to achieve both now and into the future.

They have produced outstanding video content, helped design a special edition shirt for our Silver Ticket event and the Australian Team shirt for when we host the Australian Team at the 2026 Backyard Ultra World Team Championships. They have also helped us better understand social media and marketing, providing valuable guidance, fresh ideas and strategic input that has helped us strengthen our brand and tell our story more effectively. The quality of their work is exceptional, but what stands out even more is their passion, creativity and willingness to go above and beyond.

Their support has extended well beyond the projects they've delivered. They are currently assisting us with event coverage, sponsorship initiatives and future marketing projects and their enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment have been evident every step of the way.

What I appreciate most is that nothing ever feels transactional. They genuinely want to see their clients succeed and invest the time and energy to help make that happen. Their communication is excellent, they're easy to work with and they consistently deliver above expectations.

We're incredibly grateful for everything Unknown Group has done for Red's Backyard Ultra so far. Their support, expertise and belief in our event have made a genuine difference and we're excited to continue building our relationship as we work together to bring this year's Red's Backyard Ultra and the Australian Team's journey to life.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a creative, professional and genuinely invested marketing and media team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unknown Group's web team is outstanding. We have been working with them for several years and during that time there has never been an instance where they couldn't bring an idea to life or fix a problem. They can do everything for you but if you prefer they can show you how to make basic edits. Amoni Liddell is our point of contact. Her skills are impressive, customer service is exceptional, and we have complete confidence in anything she does for us. Highly recommended.
