For Virtus, our social media management strategy’s central focus revolved around crafting an online presence that epitomised the sophistication and opulence inherent in their properties. Establishing their presence from the ground up in the competitive real estate landscape necessitated a meticulous approach to ensure they stood out. Drawing from an extensive archive of past projects, our objective was to curate a visually captivating showcase of Virtus’s diverse portfolio. However, our strategy extended beyond mere aesthetics; we sought to convey to their audience a profound understanding of Virtus’s services, expertise, and unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and luxury in every development. Branding & Identity

Virtus needed a new brand identity, to appeal to HNWI (high-net-worth individuals) and to illustrate the exceptional quality and luxury of their properties that would appease this target market. From conception through to completion, we crafted the brand by reflecting the high-end features of the properties developed by Virtus, whilst keeping a modern look and feel. Their brand has been applied across all mediums from business cards to social media, and across large scale signage such as a 30-meter banner used on site.
